This service will increase your MPC Live, Live 2, One, One+, MPC X, Key 37 and Force from 2GB of RAM to 4GB.
Make a purchase before shipping your MPC device to us and we suggest you to opt in for signature required upon delivery.
once shipment has been made please send your tracking number via e-mail to Contact@mpcramupgrade.com.
Sending only your carrier board is not advised as we cannot guarantee that it will function 100% once you install it back onto your device, we will do our checks to make sure its booting into an operating system but thats as much as we can test without the entire unit, we wont be providing any warranty if it does not work once you've installed it back into your controller interface.

Once the upgrade is complete your device will be shipped back to you via standard shipping (we ship using UPS with Signature Required to ensure reliability and to mitigate lost packages) free of charge (within the United States).
If you need expedited shipping please let us know as this will require an extra charge.
We also ship to business locations.
90 Day Warranty on parts and labor if the RAM modules stop working. Ship your device back and we will inspect it and get it up and running again. If we find the issue is not related to the RAM install we will notify you and bill you accordingly for repair if you agree. If you decide not to proceed we will ask for return shipping and a bench fee of 60 for our time diagnosing.

If you live outside of the United States we suggest you to try and find someone local as we will not offer free shipping and we wont be held liable if your device is lost in transit. If you decide to ship your device anyways be aware of the risks. We also wont be responsible for any import duties charged to you, we advise you do research on importation fees for your country before sending us your MPC/Force.
