Warranty Coverage

The Goat Tech provides a warranty for both parts and labor for a period of 90 days from the date of shipment receipt. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty will be voided if:

• The customer modifies or alters the product in any way.

• AKAI at InMusic, locks the 4GB RAM to 2GB. The Goat Tech has no control over such actions, even though we will try to help as much as possible, we will not be liable for any resulting issues.

Customer Obligations

To maintain warranty coverage, customers must:

• Notify The Goat Tech of any defects within the 90-day warranty period.

• Ensure that the product is used according to the manufacturer's guidelines.

• Customer must ship the device back to us to perform evaluation of a valid warranty claim

Limitation of Liability

The Goat Tech's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts and labor as outlined in this warranty. No other warranties, expressed or implied, are provided beyond what is stated herein.

Device Value Declarations & Shipping Insurance

Clients are required to declare the replacement value of their device during checkout or intake. This declared value will be used for insurance coverage while the device is in our possession and during return shipping. The Goat Tech is not liable for any device value that is undeclared, inaccurately declared, or unsupported by market value. Insurance claims will be processed based on the declared value provided by the client, not the cost of services purchased.

Service Fee & Parts Agreement

All labor and parts used during service are non-refundable once work has begun. If the device is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping, the insurance payout applies to the declared device value only, not service charges or parts installed. We will re-perform all labor for free on a replacement device, if you shipped a device with your own parts or provided us with the funds to purchase a part for you then you must repurchase the parts for us to carry out the service free of charge on your replacement device.

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, shipping, or handing your device to us, you the customer agrees to these terms and conditions. This document serves as a binding agreement between The Goat Tech and its customers regarding warranty coverage and limitations.
